Delivery & Shipping Policy

This policy explains how Famora ships and delivers orders placed on famora.sa.

Payment confirmation

After a successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email and/or SMS, usually within a few minutes of checkout. Please keep a copy of your confirmation and transaction records.

Shipping process & conditions

We pack and dispatch furniture and home goods from our fulfilment partners in Saudi Arabia. Large items may require a scheduled delivery appointment. You (or an authorised adult at the delivery address) should be available to receive the order. Keep proof of delivery confirmation when the order is handed over.

Delivery fees

Complimentary (free) delivery on all orders within Saudi Arabia, unless a product page states otherwise.

Delivery times

• Local (Saudi Arabia): most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Made-to-order or custom pieces may take longer; estimated timing is shown at checkout or on the product page.
• International: we currently ship within Saudi Arabia only.

Important notices

famora.sa will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
